An Amazing Fact

I don't know if this is true or not, but I heard on the radio today that this current month, August 2010, contains three Sundays, three Mondays, and three Tuesdays, and this is an occurrence that happens once every 832 years.

As I said, I don't know if this is true, and I have no inclination to research it, but that is pretty cool if true.

  1. Do you mean five sundays, five mondays, and five tuesdays? Like May 2005, October 2006, July 2007, March 2009 (and I am sure I missed a few).

  2. Correction: Yes, I did indeed mean FIVE Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, and the figure I heard was 823 years, not 832 years.

Looks like Mike the Schedule Maker has shot down the "fact" I heard today.

    Can't believe everything you hear.

  4. Mike, I was certainly duped on this one. If I thought it through for even a moment, I'd have realized that this was hogwsh. Of course, I was driving at the time, so it was good that I was concentrating on the road!
