Bill - Have not seen either of the other two flicks you mention. We enjoyed Avatar. I'm not a sci-fi guy, but I wanted to see the technology of trhe movie. Very impressive, and a good story too. Modern day version of the Calvery vs. the Indians. Good movie. Will give it the full Grandstander treatment tomorrow.
Bob ... I agree. Avatar was great adventure and a fun trip. Worth every dollar; The 3d was also very cool; great recycler that I am, I kept the glasses; (Now, what the hell am I going to do with them?)
Big Poppy - Marilyn heard that there are going to be 3D commercials on the Super Bowl, so we kept the glasses as well! Maybe we'll take them back the next time we go to the movies!
